Project I
Focus: Thai CHB-21, Thai HLS-14; n=1,048 post-CAG.
Goals: Cut-off for cardiac outcomes; predictive accuracy vs risk scores.
Status: IRB-approved (2023–ongoing).
Current Progress: 481/1,048 participants enrolled; longitudinal outcome follow-up ongoing.

Translated under academic permission by Aeckapholpholladet Detkaew (Master’s Thesis, Burapha University, 2021 – Thai language) in collaboration with one of the original developers (co-authorship planned).

2. HLS-14 – Health Literacy Scale (Thai & Cardiac-Adapted Versions).

Project II
Focus: Thai PSQI, Thai Mini-MASQ, Thai PSS-10, Thai DMI, C-MRCI; n=1,040 post-CAG.
Goals: Cut-off for AF, mortality, major cardiac events.
Status: IRB-approved (2024–ongoing).
Current Progress: 239/1,040 participants enrolled; recruitment and psychometric validation ongoing.

2. DMI – Detkaew Medication-Adherence Index.
Developed by Aeckapholpholladet Detkaew (2024) as an original research instrument for evaluating real-world medication-taking behavior.

3. C-MRCI – Clinical and Medication Regimen Complexity Index.
Developed by Aeckapholpholladet Detkaew (2025) as a new research instrument conceptually derived from the MRCI framework to assess overall treatment complexity.

4. PSQI – Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (Thai Version).
Thai version by Sitasuwan T et al. (2014), used under academic permission from the University of Pittsburgh (2023).

5. PSS-10 – Perceived Stress Scale (Thai Version).
Thai version authorized for academic use via MAPI Research Trust (RST Assessments LLC, 2023), with permission acknowledged from Sheldon Cohen.

Project III
Focus: Thai IWPQ, Thai RQ, Thai POS Scale; n=400 working-age adults.
Goals: Exploratory cut-off determination in Thai working-age adults; cross-cultural comparison of the POS Scale with Italy (n=302).
Status: Dual-IRB approved (2025–2026; ongoing).
Current Progress: Thai recruitment: 14/400 participants enrolled; Italian secondary dataset (302 participants) available for analysis; recruitment and cross-language validation ongoing.
